How does the referral program work?

We offer a Partner+ Program where real estate agents earn a full month’s rent value in commission for every client they refer who signs a 6-month+ furniture rental. Clients also get 50% off their first month, making you look like a hero.

Who can I refer to Ecofurnish?

You can refer landlords, tenants, homeowners, or even staging clients — anyone who needs high-quality, hassle-free furniture rental. We serve both short-term and long-term needs.

Can I refer multiple clients?

Yes! There’s no cap. The more clients you refer, the more you earn. We also offer co-branded referral cards and custom QR codes to track your referrals.

Do you help with staging homes for sale?

Absolutely. We provide temporary furniture packages perfect for staging listings. If potential buyers love what they see, they can purchase the furniture directly after viewing.

What happens at the end of a rental term?

Your client can choose to extend their rental, return the items, or purchase selected pieces. We make it flexible and seamless.

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer delivery and full setup within 24–72 hours, depending on availability and property location.

Is this service available outside Toronto?

Currently, we primarily serve Toronto and the GTA, but we're expanding. Reach out with your listing’s location, and we’ll confirm availability.

Can I use EcoFurnish for my own listings or furnished rentals?

Yes! Many agents use our packages to furnish investment properties, Airbnb units, or vacant rentals to boost market appeal and rental value.

How does the payment process work?

We use Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. This means Ecofurnish does not store or hold your credit card or banking information directly—your data stays safe and encrypted.

When am I charged for the rental?

First Month: You pay upfront to confirm your reservation.

Second Month: If you keep the furniture beyond the first month, you’ll be charged for a full second month.

Beyond Two Months: If you keep the furniture past the second month, we’ll charge you monthly at a prorated rate based on the number of days you keep it.

No hidden fees—just flexibility that works around your timeline.
